Eyebrow Tattooing vs Microblading and Nanoblading?

Both Eyebrow Tattooing, or Digital Permanent Makeup, and Microblading are forms of Permanent Makeup, but use different methods to implant the pigment into the skin.

  • With microblading, we manually use a super-fine blade to create cuts into the skin which look like hair strokes.

  • For Digital Permanent Makeup, we use an electronically powered machine and a needle, which is more similar to a conventional tattoo (but much less aggressive and the pigment is not implanted as deeply). We can achieve a wider range of effects with Digital Permanent Makeup such as shading, ombré and also supernatural hair strokes. We also use the same digital device to carry out our lip, scalp and eyeliner treatments.

Both Microblading and Digital Brows are fabulous treatments for enhancing your brows, whether you have plenty of hair or none at all.

There are various styles and results you can have including: natural, pencil, liquid liner, baby liner (with a small flick), thick or thin or Latino style. Treatments are bespoke, and by working together during the consultation and design stage, we will create a personalised solution for you.

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) for Hair Loss Solutions

SMP - Scalp Micropigmentation also known as Hair Simulation, Scalp Tattoo or Hair Tattoos where hairs are mimicked onto the scalp which mimics stubble. It is a NON SURGICAL HAIR LOSS treatment during which natural pigments are applied within the dermal layer of the scalp, replicating a natural shaved head look. Whether you suffer from partial, patchy or complete hair loss, SMP will create a simulation of micro hairs on your scalp. Simulating the appearance of hair will enhance your features, creating a youthful look that is designed to correspond with your natural features and skin tone. This technique of hair replication can also be used to help camouflage receding hairlines and scars. Patients who have undergone a hair transplant procedure can also benefit from this amazing method of camouflaging follicle removal scars, and filling areas where thinning persists despite the transplant. SMP is applied over 2-4 treatment sessions, each lasting about 2-3 hours. For optimal healing and results, your sessions will be spread a minimum of 7 days apart. There is very little discomfort, and almost zero downtime. Most of our clients return to work the very next day.

Scalp Micropigmentation
  • SMP restores the natural hairline in the case of moderate to complete BALDNESS

  • Conceals varying forms of ALOPECIA and diffuse thinning

  • Effectively reduces the visual impact scarring, burns or blemishes can have on the scalp.

  • It is an affordable treatment coming in at only the fraction of the cost of its counterparts such as hair transplants.

  • Scalp micropigmentation is a safe treatment. Pigments used during treatment are full of solely NATURAL INGREDIENTS and are often found to be plant-based.

  • And to save the best until last… it is a treatment that doesn’t claim to promote hair growth, but it is one that can claim that it is guaranteed to work. This is because it conceals the problem over attempting to cure one that is notoriously difficult to reverse.

This is a fantastic solution for MALE PATTERN BALDNESS, male and female hair THINNING and ALOPECIA hair loss. The additional advantages of this contemporary treatment are that you are not required to shave your head to receive treatment and it is completely holistic and natural. Treatment is quick and non-invasive and healing times are incredibly short.

SMP treatment will vary by patient depending on your level of hair loss and the area to be treated. As a guide, treatments range from £750 (Class 2) to £3,500 (Class 6). Scar camouflage is priced on an individual patient basis.
