Terms & Conditions

  • Upon agreement of your appointment time, your deposit is payable within 48 hours.

  • If your deposit is not paid within 48 hours, your appointment will be released.

  • A minimum of three days notice is required for appointment rescheduling to ensure you do not lose your deposit.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Patch tests will be sent in the post after the deposit is paid. Please bring them with you on the day of your treatment.

  • Your top up treatment must be taken within 8 weeks of your initial treatment. If taken after 8 weeks there will be additional charges.

  • Every new client will need two treatments, in some cases a third treatment may be required, this is due to skin after care or correction work. After the first treatment brows can fade a lot and may go patchy, this is why you need your top up treatment. The top up treatment is to go over the original colour and shape. If you wish to change the shape or colour there will be additional charges.

  • Treatments are subject to availability.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Lily Rose Beauty Clinic fully reserve the right to refuse treatments.

  • Correction or top ups of other consultant’s work is assessed on a case by case basis and is subject to individual pricing.

  • Lily Rose Beauty Clinic can not be held responsible for client aftercare – instructions are provided but client choices is the responsibility of the client 

  • Lily Rose Beauty Clinic can not be held responsible for the behaviour of the pigment, once embedded in the skin. All skin is different with lifestyle and age are factors that can change pigment behaviour.

  • Lily Rose Beauty Clinic creates brows specifically for your face shape and skin tone – we do not re-create other people’s brows on your face, but we will always ensure you have the best brows we can possibly achieve.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you run the risk of your appointment being cancelled and losing your deposit – if you are running late, please be courteous and let us know so we can try and plan accordingly.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to familiarise yourself with ALL the paperwork INCLUDING these terms and conditions before any treatment takes place.

  • By proceeding with treatment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

This document refers to personal data, which is defined as information concerning any living person (a natural person who in this document will be called the Data Subject) that is not already in the public domain.


The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is EU wide and far more extensive than its predecessor the Data Protection Act, along with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), seeks to protect and improve the rights of EU data subjects. These rights cover the safeguarding of personal data, protection against the unlawful processing of personal data and the unrestricted movement of personal data within the EU and its storage within the EEA.

Lily Rose Beauty Clinic provides Microblading services at the request of clients. This document is all encompassing for those persons receiving any of the treatments and those making enquiries.

3 - Personal Data
a) For the purposes of providing treatment, Lily Rose Beauty Clinic require detailed personal information. Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will only collect what is relevant and necessary for your treatment. When you contact Lily Rose Beauty Clinic, Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will request some information, will make notes which may include details concerning your medication, medical history, treatment and other issues affecting your health. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone not involved in your treatment. To be able to process your personal data it is a condition of any treatment that you give your explicit consent to allow Lily Rose Beauty Clinic to document and process your personal medical data. Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of future appointments and instructions, patch tests or other information concerning your treatment.


b) For marketing purposes, Lily Rose Beauty Clinic may also use the contact details provided by you to respond to your enquiries, including making telephone contact and emailing information to you which Lily Rose Beauty Clinic believes may be of interest to you.


c) In making initial contact with Lily Rose Beauty Clinic you consent to Lily Rose Beauty Clinic maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any time) or we decide to desist in promoting our services. Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will NOT broker or sell or share your data and you can ask to be removed from my marketing database by emailing or phoning Lily Rose Beauty Clinic using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Notice.


d) Some basic personal data may be collected about you from the marketing forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence and phone calls and details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to, personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.


e) Lily Rose Beauty Clinic website may use cookies, which is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Lily Rose Beauty Clinic website.


f) Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will only collect the information needed so that it can provide you with the services you require, the business does not sell or share or broker your data.

Through agreeing to this privacy notice you are consenting to Lily Rose Beauty Clinic processing your personal data for the purposes outlined. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the postal, email address or telephone number provided at the end of this Privacy Notice.

Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will keep your personal information safe and secure, only Lily Rose Beauty Clinic Practitioner will have access to your patient records. Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will not disclose your Personal Information unless compelled to, in order to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental requests. Lily Rose Beauty Clinic may also enforce its Terms and Conditions, including investigating potential violations of its Terms and Conditions to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Lily Rose Beauty Clinic.

8 - Retention Policy

Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will process personal data during the duration of any treatment and will continue to store only the personal data needed until asked to erase such data by the client (but of a minimum of 7 years as required by the insurance policy and laws for clients who did undergone any treatment).

9 - Data storage
All Data is held in the United Kingdom. Lily Rose Beauty Clinic does not store personal data outside the EEA.

10 - Your rights as a data subject
At any point whilst Lily Rose Beauty Clinic is in possession of, or processing your personal data, all data subjects have the following rights:

  • Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you.

  • Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that I hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances, you can ask for the data I hold about you to be erased from my records (apart from the legal requirements of the insurance).

  • Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply you have a right to restrict the processing.

  • Right of portability – you have the right to have the data I hold about you transferred to another organisation.

  • Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.

  • Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right not to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.


In the event that Lily Rose Beauty Clinic refuses your request under rights of access, Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge. At your request Lily Rose Beauty Clinic can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed.

12 - To access what personal data is held, identification will be required
Lily Rose Beauty Clinic will accept the following forms of identification (ID) when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate AND a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If Lily Rose Beauty Clinic is not satisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
